I knew that working with her would help me gain the perspective and clarity I needed to advance in my career.

The primary challenge I faced was understanding how to better align my strengths with the demands of my current role, while also preparing for potential future opportunities. I was also seeking ways to improve my leadership skills and visibility within the organization to access newer growth opportunities.
3. What was the solution, outcome of your challenge/s?
Through our sessions, I gained deeper understanding of how to leverage my strengths effectively and how to tap into my potential, while addressing areas for growth. I became more clear about my “Strengths” and more specific about “Potential”. Vandana’s actionable advice helped me develop a strategy to increase my visibility, and I felt more confident in my ability to take on larger responsibilities.
The outcome has been significant. I got bigger roles and responsibilities and I could see visible progress in my career. Also, I feel better equipped to excel in my current role and prepare for future opportunities as well.
