1. What prompted you to start coaching with Vandana?
As a former senior leader, I recognized the need for expert guidance to navigate significant leadership transitions and enhance my strategic approach as I move into the next chapter of my career. With over 20 years in financial services, including a decade at American Express, I sought a coach who could help me refine my skills in driving transformative initiatives and shape a clear career direction.
2. What challenges were you trying to solve working with Vandana?
