I’ve spent 30 years in corporate leadership and Human Resources, including 20 years as a woman leader in large MNCs. That experience taught me how leadership is evaluated and recognized in organizations. Working as a global HR leader across countries and industries gave me an insider view of what accelerates careers. I know what it feels like to strive for credibility and I’ve also sat in rooms where the most important decisions about careers are made. That dual perspective shapes everything I bring to my coaching. I believe women bring extraordinary value to leadership — and when you fully recognize and own your value, confidence shifts from proving yourself to knowing you belong. Rooted in Organizational Psychology & System Psychodynamics, I guide my clients to make powerful, lasting shifts that create impact that stays.
