My interest was sparked by my experience leading numerous acquisitions and people integrations across diverse organizations, where I witnessed the need for greater focus on understanding and supporting individuals during times of change.

This topic intrigued me as I witnessed Change closely through my career as an HR leader handling complex organizational Change scenarios – M&As, reorganization, restructuring & others. This research honed in on the influence of childhood resilience experiences in catalysing individuals’ development into effective change management leaders.
